How it works

Say less. Scrubbr knows the rest

Give a quick prompt by voice or text. Scrubbr pulls what it needs from your context, then writes the finished version at your cursor.

  1. 01 · Speak

Speak or type a quick prompt

Hold Option and talk, or click the pencil and type. A few words is enough.

  2. 02 · Gather

    Scrubbr gathers your context

In the background, it reads the right emails, Slack threads, meeting notes, CRM records and company docs. You never copy and paste.

  3. 03 · Write

Finished work, right at your cursor

The full email, reply, prompt or doc appears where you were typing, in your tone, with the details already right.

What we solve

Less digging. More done.

Most writing time goes to hunting for context and starting from a blank page. Scrubbr does both, in every app you write in.

Hi Alex, thanks for the demo yesterday. The team liked how little setup it needs. We’re comparing a few vendors for our rollout, and I want to keep the process tidy on our side. Could you send a short summary of what we covered so I can share it with the team? Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, great to meet you and the team. Here is the short version: Acme runs your whole rollout in one place, syncs with the tools you already use, and a team can be live in about a day. I’ll send a recap of the next steps shortly. Let me know who else should be on this thread. Best, Alex

Hi Alex, nice to meet you. Before I can sign off I need to understand how sign-in works for a company our size, where our data lives, and who at your company can see it. No rush, but this will be the first thing our security review asks about. Thanks, Priya

Hi Alex, before Daniel signs off on the budget, a few questions: 1. Can our team sign in with their Google accounts? 2. How long do you keep our data, and can we choose? 3. What would pricing look like for 500 people? 4. You mentioned a Salesforce integration on our first call. Is that live yet? Thanks, Marcus

Positioning

We sell one outcome: rollouts that finish on time. Acme replaces the spreadsheets and status emails teams use to run a launch. Lead with time saved per rollout, not with features.

  • Say “live in a day”, never “easy setup”.
  • Anchor on their current process, not on our feature list.
  • Never promise a send date for anything not yet shipped.
Ideal customer

Teams of 50 to 2,000 that run rollouts across sales, IT and finance. Strong fit when they track the work in spreadsheets and already use Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Who uses it: head of sales, support or customer success.
  • Who checks security: IT lead or security reviewer.
  • Who approves the budget: finance lead for teams of 250+.
Discovery questions

Ask these on the first call and write the answers into the deal record before the demo.

  • How many teams take part in a rollout, and how long does one take today?
  • Where does the plan live today: spreadsheets, email, someone’s head?
  • Who reviews new software, and what do they ask for first?
  • Which tools must it connect to before you would roll it out?
Sign-in and security

Google or Microsoft sign-in on every plan. Our security report is available on request. Acme staff cannot see customer records without written consent.

  • Encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Role-based access and an admin audit log.
  • Send the security overview to the IT lead before the review call.
How long we keep data

Customer data is kept 30 days by default. Admins can set a shorter or longer window per workspace, and deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.

Uploaded files are encrypted and deleted with the workspace.

Integrations

Google, Slack and HubSpot are live. Salesforce sync went live Oct 14 and is included at no extra cost.

  • Salesforce and HubSpot: sync accounts, deals and owners both ways.
  • Google: adds and removes people automatically.
  • Slack: posts rollout updates to the channel you choose.
Bigger-team discounts

Teams of 250+ people qualify for a bigger-team discount. Discounts step up at 250, 500 and 1,000 people, with an annual price lock for two years.

  • Send the quote template from the deal record.
  • Anything above 20% off needs Alex’s OK.
  • Always send the quote in writing, with the number of people stated.
Objection handling

“We already run this in spreadsheets.” Spreadsheets do not chase owners or update Salesforce. Acme does both, so the plan stays current.

“Is our data safe?” Walk through how long we keep data, sign-in and the consent policy, then offer the security overview.

“It is too expensive.” Compare the price to the hours spent on status meetings each week.

Contracts

Standard terms are one page of order form plus the DPA. Redlines go to legal at the deal desk, and most reviews finish within five business days.

  • Our data terms and the list of services we use are on the trust page.
  • Yearly plans are invoiced, payment due in 30 days.
  • Security questions: answer from our saved answers first.
Onboarding plan

A team is live in about a day. Day 1: connect sign-in and Salesforce, import the current plan. Day 2: pilot group of ten. Week 2: roll out to the full team and review usage.

Renewals & expansion

Start the renewal conversation 90 days out, with a usage summary from the admin dashboard. Expansion usually follows the first team that saves a full day a week.

  • Share the time-saved report at day 30 and day 60.
  • Offer the next team a pilot before quoting extra people.
  • Flag any account with falling usage to the customer success lead.

SubjectRe: Halcyon rollout questions

Hi Marcus,

Here are all four answers, so Daniel has what he needs:

1. Sign-in: yes. Your team signs in with Google on every plan.
2. Data: we keep it 30 days by default. Your admins can set their own window.
3. Pricing: 500 people gets our bigger-team price, $16 per person a month ($96,000 a year). The written quote is attached for Daniel.
4. Salesforce: live since Oct 14 and included on every plan.

Task: Write a rollout plan for Halcyon, a 500-person customer.
Context:
  • Priya Shah (IT lead) owns sign-in and the security review. Nothing goes live without her sign-off.
  • Daniel Cho (finance) approves the budget. The deal should close by Oct 31.
  • Their sales team lives in Salesforce. Our Salesforce sync has been live since Oct 14.
  • Target go-live: November.
Constraints: Google sign-in before anyone is invited. A small pilot group first, then one team at a time. Training for admins and end users. Under one page.
Output: A week-by-week table (week, task, owner, done when), then the top 3 risks.

Summary

Priya walked through Halcyon’s IT requirements for the 500-person rollout. Google sign-in is the main thing she needs to approve. Once the setup guide is in, a pilot group of ten can start. The Salesforce sync has been live since Oct 14, and Daniel still needs to approve the budget.

  • IT sign-off depends on this.
Keeping data

  • Priya needs this in writing before the security review.
Pilot
  • Group of ten from IT and their sales team.
  • Priya sends the names, due Oct 27.
  • People are added and removed through Google automatically.
