Chat is fast. The answer is somewhere else
Someone asks "Is the sync live yet?" in a channel and expects an answer in a minute. The answer is in a product update email from last week. You search, find the link, copy it and type a reply. By then the thread has moved on.
Chat also has its own style. A reply is one or two lines, not a formal email. A general AI chat tool often gives you too much text, and you cut it down by hand.

Click the message box in the channel, thread or DM. Hold Option and say your answer, or click the pencil and type it.

2. Scrubbr checks where the answer lives
It reads the conversation you are in, then looks in your email, other chats and meeting notes for the fact or the link.

Scrubbr matches the length and tone of chat. Read it, change it if you want, and send it yourself.

Keep chat short on purpose

Ask for the link or number by name
Say "send the setup link" or "give the date". Scrubbr looks for it in your email and chats.

Say how long it should be
Add "one line" or "two sentences" when the thread is busy. Scrubbr keeps to it.

Click into the thread or channel first. Scrubbr reads the conversation you are in.

Does it work in Slack, Teams and Google Chat?
Yes. Scrubbr writes at the cursor in any app with a text cursor, and it learns from Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat.
Does Scrubbr post the message for me?
No. The message appears in the message box and you send it. It goes out like any message you type yourself.
Can the answer come from my email?
Yes. If the fact is in your Gmail or Outlook, Scrubbr can use it in a chat reply. The example on this page uses a product update email.
Which other chat apps can it write in?
Any chat app with a text cursor, such as WhatsApp. The key is Option in every app.
Is my chat safe?
Scrubbr connects to Slack with your own user token, not a bot. It reads the channels and chats your account can already see, and replies are sent only when you send them. Scrubbr is CASA Tier 2 verified, and a SOC 2 Type I audit is engaged. See the Trust page.
