Your calendar is context. You write in Outlook, Teams or a doc: hold Option, mention the meeting, and Scrubbr can use the event details.

Outlook Calendar is listed as its own app on the Microsoft card, beside Outlook and Teams.
If your company requires an admin to approve new apps, use admin approval. It prepares an email for your IT admin with the Microsoft admin-consent link.

- Open the dashboard, go to Connections & knowledge, then Connections.
- On the Microsoft card, click Connect.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve access. Outlook Calendar then shows as connected.
Privacy

The Trust page says calendar events are processed for triage context and meeting prep. Nothing is sent to another person without your explicit action. Scrubbr does not use your content to train AI models. Every model request goes only to providers whose data policies prohibit training on it.

My IT admin has to approve new apps. What do I do?
Use admin approval. It builds an email for your IT admin that includes the Microsoft admin-consent link.
Does Scrubbr change my Outlook calendar?
Only on your request. A voice command can create, move or cancel an event on your own Outlook calendar. Scrubbr sends nothing to other people unless you act.
Do past meetings stay in Scrubbr?
Not forever. Future events are kept. Past events are deleted once they pass your retention window, which you set in Settings from 30 days to 10 years.
What if I use Google Calendar?
Scrubbr reads Google Calendar as well. It sits on the Google card in the dashboard.
