Step 1
Connect Gmail or Outlook, and Slack, Google Chat or Teams if you use them. Add a meeting notes tool such as Granola if you have one.
Step 2
It notes when you write “I’ll send it by Tuesday”. It notes when someone writes it to you. It also takes the action items from your meeting summaries.
Step 3
Each item shows what was promised, who it involves, when it is due if a date was stated, and where it came from. It is marked as something you owe, or something owed to you.
Step 4
Open the source message or meeting note to see the context. Tick an item off when it is done. You can add your own items too.
When you write “I’ll get this to you by Tuesday” in an email or a chat, Scrubbr notes the task, who it is for and the date.
When a colleague writes “I’ll have the proposal done by Thursday”, it is noted as owed to you. You can see what you are waiting on.
Action items in the summary from your meeting notes tool join the same list. Granola, Fireflies, Otter and Fathom are supported. See how meeting notes work.
You say yes in Slack, in an email and on a call. Scrubbr gathers those promises so you do not have to remember where you said them.
Items that others owe you are marked as owed to you, so you can see what colleagues, clients and partners said they would send.
Follow-ups from your meeting notes join the same list as your email and chat. You do not need to open each notes tool to find them.
Scrubbr reads your email, chat and meeting notes only with your permission. It does not use your content to train AI models.
Nothing is sent to another person without your explicit action. Read how Scrubbr protects your data.
An action item is a promise or a to-do. It can be something you said you would do, something someone said they would do for you, or an action item from a meeting summary. Each one shows what was promised, who it involves, when it is due if a date was stated, and where it came from.
Scrubbr finds them in the email, chat and meeting notes you connect. That includes Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Chat and Microsoft Teams. For meetings, it reads summaries from Granola, Fireflies, Otter and Fathom.
Yes. Each item links back to the message, chat thread or meeting note it came from, so you can check the context before you act on it.
