Step 1
Connect Gmail or Outlook, plus Slack, Google Chat, Teams, your calendar and your meeting notes. Scrubbr connects with your permission.
Step 2
It reads your email, chat, calendar and meeting notes. It ranks what it finds by priority. It starts from your existing history right away. No rules to write, no folders.
Step 3
You get a short list: only the items that need you today. Open one to read the thread next to the list.
Step 4
In the example above, a newsletter, a one-word chat reply and a GIF stay out of your list. Scrubbr files mail into labels for you, and you can undo it.
Gmail and Outlook. Scrubbr reads sender, subject, time, labels and message text. It uses them to prioritize, summarize and draft.
Slack, Google Chat and Microsoft Teams. Scrubbr reads messages from the channels, spaces and chats your account belongs to.
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Event details give Scrubbr context for triage and meeting prep.
Tools such as Granola, Fireflies, Otter and Fathom. For Granola, Scrubbr reads notes and summaries only. Transcripts and audio are never accessed.
A bell in the left rail lists what needed you: priority mail, VIPs, mentions, DMs, label matches and heads-ups. You choose which kinds to turn on, and you can set quiet hours.
Scrubbr files mail into labels for you. If it misses one, drag the message onto the label yourself. The confirmation gives you an undo.
Client messages arrive in Gmail, Slack and Teams. One list shows which ones need you, so you stop asking which app a message was in.
Scrubbr sits across email, chat, calendar and meeting notes. Your email still lives in Gmail and your messages in Slack. One click takes you to the thread in its own app.
Ask what actually needs you before lunch. Scrubbr shows what needs you today and handles the rest.
Nothing is sent to another person without your explicit action. Scrubbr does not use your content to train AI models. Attachment content is never sent to an AI model.

An AI inbox assistant, also called an AI email assistant, reads your messages and decides which ones need you. Scrubbr.ai reads your email, chat, calendar and meeting notes. It shows you only what needs you today, ranked by priority. The rest is handled.
Scrubbr.ai connects to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoom, Granola, Fireflies, Otter and Fathom. HubSpot, Salesforce and WhatsApp are coming soon. See all integrations.
No, and we don't want to. Scrubbr.ai is the calm front door. Your email still lives in Gmail, your messages in Slack, your notes in Granola. When you want to dig into a thread in its native app, one click takes you there.
Minutes. Connect your accounts and Scrubbr.ai starts ranking from your existing history right away. No rules to write, no folders, no training period.
No. Nothing is sent to another person without your explicit action: a click, or a voice command you confirm. Some actions that affect only your own account happen on their own. For example, Scrubbr applies its own labels in Gmail.
No. Scrubbr does not use your content to train AI models. Every model request is routed only to providers whose data policies prohibit training on it. See the security page.
