Scrubbr works with Granola, Fireflies, Otter and Fathom for meeting notes. Zoom and Google Meet are where your calls happen. Scrubbr can create a Zoom meeting or add a Google Meet link when you schedule from inside Scrubbr, and Zoom only if you connect it.

Does Scrubbr record my meetings or keep transcripts?

No. Scrubbr has no bot and does not record audio. It reads summaries and action items only. Transcripts and audio are never accessed or stored.

How do meeting follow-ups reach my action items list?

Scrubbr reads the action items in the summary from your meeting notes tool. Each one becomes an item in the same list as the ones from your email and chat, and links back to where it came from.

Does Scrubbr prepare me before a meeting?

Yes. For meetings on your calendar, Scrubbr prepares a briefing with context from your recent conversations with the attendees and what is still open between you.

Does Scrubbr replace Granola?

No. Scrubbr does not replace your meeting tools. Your notes stay in Granola, your email in Gmail and your messages in Slack. Scrubbr brings the follow-ups together in one place.

How long does Scrubbr keep my meeting notes?

Meeting-note summaries are not yet covered by the retention window. They are kept for the life of your account and deleted when you delete your account. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, and deletion is immediate.
