Things people ask about the program
Do I need to be a customer?
No. Anyone 18 or older can refer a company, with a few exceptions — see the terms below.
When do I get paid?
Once the company you referred has been a paying customer in good standing for 90 consecutive days, we pay your reward in USD within 30 days.
What counts as a seat?
A paid scrubbr.ai seat on the referred company's account. The reward tier is based on how many paid seats they have on day 90.
What if they're already talking to you?
Then it's not a qualifying referral. The company has to be new to scrubbr.ai — not a current or past customer, and not already in conversation with us in the 90 days before your intro.
How do I make the intro?
Email the company and CC sales@scrubbr.ai, or introduce them in person and have them mention your name when they reach out.

Referral program terms
These are the terms of the scrubbr.ai referral program. They're part of, and governed like, the scrubbr.ai Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
Anyone 18 or older may refer a company. Not eligible: scrubbr.ai employees and contractors and their households; the referred company's own employees or owners; and anyone whose employer or applicable law prohibits them from receiving cash rewards. Government employees may participate only where permitted by their employer and by law.
2. Qualifying referral
A qualifying referral is a company that is new to scrubbr.ai. That means the company is not a current or past scrubbr.ai customer, and was not already in active conversation with scrubbr.ai in the 90 days before your intro. The company must name you as the referrer at the time of intro or first contact. To qualify for a reward, the company must reach at least 10 paid seats and remain a paying customer in good standing for 90 consecutive days from its first payment. Self-referrals (referring your own company) do not qualify.
3. One reward per company
Only one reward is paid per referred company. If more than one person claims the same company, the first valid intro scrubbr.ai received wins. Scrubbr.ai decides disputes in good faith.
4. Reward amount and payment
The reward amount is set by the reward cards above, based on the referred company's paid seats on day 90. Rewards are paid in USD within 30 days after the 90-day mark, by a payment method scrubbr.ai chooses (for example, bank transfer or PayPal). A refund, chargeback, or cancellation before day 90 voids the reward for that referral. Referrals reaching 250 or more paid seats earn a flat $5,000.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes on any reward you receive. Scrubbr.ai may require a W-9 (US) or an equivalent tax form before paying a reward, and may issue a 1099 where required by law.
6. Fraud and abuse
Scrubbr.ai may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, spam, misleading claims, or a breach of these terms. Referrers may not make claims about scrubbr.ai that aren't published on scrubbr.ai. Referrers may not spam, buy advertising using scrubbr.ai's name, or represent themselves as acting on scrubbr.ai's behalf.
7. No partnership
Referrers are not agents, employees, or partners of scrubbr.ai LLC. This program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
8. Changes and ending the program
Scrubbr.ai may change or end this program at any time. If we change the terms, a referral whose intro we received before the change keeps the terms that were in effect at the time of that intro.
9. Governing law
These program terms are part of, and governed like, the scrubbr.ai Terms of Service. That means the laws of the State of California govern. The scrubbr.ai referral program is operated by scrubbr.ai LLC, a California limited liability company.
