An AI email writer that reads your HubSpot

Scrubbr connects to HubSpot, reads the details your team keeps about the people you sell to, and uses them when it writes your follow-up email. Hold Option in Gmail, say the point in a few words, and the draft appears at your cursor with the real history already in it.

What it reads

What Scrubbr reads from HubSpot

HubSpot is where details about the people you work with live, so that is what Scrubbr uses it for.

How it helps you write

Follow-ups that match the deal

The history sits in HubSpot, and the conversation sits in your inbox. Scrubbr uses both.

You finish a call. The next move is an email: thanks, the date you agreed, a question about who signs. You know the answer is somewhere, in HubSpot, in your call notes, in an old thread. Normally you open three tabs to find it.

With Scrubbr, you stay in the email. Hold Option and say what the follow-up must do. Scrubbr checks HubSpot for the person and what your team recorded. If you also connect Granola or Gmail, it adds what was said on the call and in the earlier thread.

Not every email needs a lookup. A quick "thanks, see you Thursday" is written straight away.

A note in HubSpot is a text box like any other. Hold the key there, say what happened in your own words, and Scrubbr tidies it into a note a teammate can read.

Worked example

A follow-up that remembers what you promised

Dean sells payroll software and has just hung up with Rhea Castillo.

In Gmail

You say
"Follow up with Rhea. Thank her for the call, confirm the twelve seats and the start date, and ask who signs."
Scrubbr finds
  • HubSpot · what your team recorded about Rhea and Thornbury Logistics
  • Granola · today's call with Rhea
  • Gmail · the earlier thread with Rhea
Scrubbr writes

Hi Rhea,

Thanks for the call today. As we agreed, twelve seats starting on November 17. Your drivers get set up in the first week, and I will send the checklist on Friday.

Who signs on your side, you or Lena in finance? I will send the order form to that person.

Dean

Questions

HubSpot questions

Does Scrubbr read my HubSpot?

Yes, if you connect it. Scrubbr uses HubSpot for the details your team keeps about the people you work with. You choose which tools to connect.

Do I need Gmail to use HubSpot with Scrubbr?

No. Scrubbr writes at your cursor in any app with a text cursor, so it works in Outlook, Slack and Microsoft Teams too. If you connect your mail, Scrubbr can also draw on your earlier messages with that person.

Does Scrubbr send the email for me?

No. It writes the draft at your cursor. You read it, change what you want and send it yourself.

Will Scrubbr dig through HubSpot every time I write?

No. A short reply needs no research, so Scrubbr writes it straight away. It looks in HubSpot when the message needs facts about the person.

Does it work with other CRMs?

HubSpot and Salesforce are the two CRMs we name today. If you use Salesforce, see the Salesforce page.
