Knowledge base
Your SOPs, pricing and FAQs, known in every app
To stop answering the same question again and again, put the answer in your Scrubbr knowledge base once, and Scrubbr writes it for you in Slack, email and every other app. You fill it by pasting one prompt into ChatGPT or Claude and dragging the folder it makes into Scrubbr, or by dragging in your own files.

What it holds
What goes in your knowledge base
The knowledge base holds the facts you use again and again, so you never have to look them up.
| What you keep | What it holds | When Scrubbr uses it |
|---|---|---|
| How you do things | Your SOPs, step by step. | Someone asks how to expense something, book time off or onboard a customer. |
| Your pricing | Plans, prices and the rules around them. | A customer asks what it costs. |
| Facts about your company | The details people ask you for. | A reply needs a number, a date or a name. |
| Answers to common questions | Your FAQs. | The same question comes in again. |
| Your brand voice guide | How your company sounds. | A post or an email should sound like your company. |
Two ways to fill it
Fill it without writing it all down
You do not have to sit down and type out your company.
Let an AI assistant make the files. Scrubbr gives you a simple prompt. Paste it into ChatGPT or Claude. It makes a folder of files for you. Drag that folder into the Scrubbr app.
Use the files you already have. Drag your own documents into the Scrubbr app.
Either way, you decide what goes in. Add the pricing sheet and the onboarding steps first. Add more when you want Scrubbr to know more.
One source of truth
One place, so nothing goes stale
A price copied into five places is easy to get wrong in one of them.
Many people keep the same facts in several chat tools and documents. Each copy can fall behind, and the wrong one is the one that reaches a customer. ChatGPT Memory, custom instructions and Projects are all ChatGPT features, and OpenAI's own help pages cover each one.
The Scrubbr knowledge base is not tied to one chat tool. Scrubbr reads it in whichever app you write in: Slack, Gmail, Outlook, a doc, or an AI assistant. When a fact changes, there is one place to fix.
Scrubbr only looks when it needs to. A quick "thanks, see you then" needs no digging, so it just writes it. A question with three parts needs facts, so Scrubbr finds them first. It reads only what helps with the thing you asked for.
Privacy
Your facts, your choice
You choose which tools to connect, and you choose what goes into the knowledge base.
Scrubbr sees the app you are in and the box you are typing in, but only while you hold the key. For how your data is stored, encrypted and kept, read the Trust page.
Worked example
The expense question, answered in one line
Mara runs operations at Birchway Studio, and a new hire asks the same question she answered last week.
In Slack
- You say
- "Tell him yes, a train ticket to a client visit counts. Give him the limit and the deadline."
- Scrubbr finds
-
Slack · Tobias's question in #ask-ops
- Knowledge base · expense policy
- Scrubbr writes
Hi Tobias, yes, client travel counts. Up to $250 you need no approval. Over $250, ask Mara first. Add your receipt within 30 days.
Example only. The people, company and facts are invented.
Questions
Knowledge base questions
How do I stop answering the same question in Slack over and over?
Put the answer in your knowledge base once. Then hold the key in the thread, say "tell him how", and Scrubbr writes the answer from your own policy.
How do I give an AI my company knowledge, like pricing, SOPs and FAQs?
Add them to your Scrubbr knowledge base. Paste Scrubbr's prompt into ChatGPT or Claude and drag the folder it makes into the app, or drag in your own files.
How do I keep my AI's company info from going out of date?
Keep one knowledge base, not a copy in each tool. Scrubbr reads it in every app you write in, so a changed fact has one place to be fixed.
Can ChatGPT or Claude turn my existing docs into a folder of files?
Scrubbr gives you a prompt that makes a folder of files for you in ChatGPT or Claude. You drag that folder into Scrubbr. If you already have documents, you can drag them in as they are.
Do I have to write everything down first?
No. Start with the files you already have, such as a pricing sheet or an onboarding checklist. Add more later.
Does Scrubbr read my whole knowledge base every time?
No. It looks only when a message needs facts, and it reads only what helps with that message.
Teach Scrubbr your company once
Download Scrubbr, drag in your pricing and your SOPs, and let the next repeat question answer itself.
